One of the most difficult challenges for care-givers is finding a relatable support community. Though the task of caregivers are similar, they are not exactly the same.
Sometimes little differences such as societal and cultural context throw up new dimensions; at other times, inaccessibility of preferred medication, critical information and facilities could be the difference between the task of one care giver and others.
We know because we have been there. It is one of the reasons why AAA memorial Foundation was set up in the first place. Now, we do not presume that the support community we aim to build will meet all the yearnings of our specific environment, but we are confident that with the support of like-minded individuals and organisations, we can turn the community into a resource that many will find useful and built a trusted network that can be there in our most vulnerable moments.
